500gBeef, chopped about 10% fat

Instructions for Kartoffellasagne (low fat)

To prepare the Kartoffellasagne (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir onions in a tiny piece of oil on the hot pan. Pour a salt of water (it makes the onions soft), and then add the beef to the onions. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Pour the frying pan into an ovenproof dish.

Clean and cut the pears in rings and spread them beyond the meatbone. Bring some complaints about this. Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin slices. Lay the slices layerwise on top of the quark and finish pouring a can of chili tomatoes over the potato layer. Season again with salt and pepper.

Put in the middle of the oven and bake for 1½ hours at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.

Can be served as it is or with salad or flute.
