Ingredients for Keema Aloo

1tbspChili powder
1Lemon
1tspTurmeric
1Handful coriander
1tspCrushed garlic
1tspCrushed ginger
1tspCrushed black pepper
1Medium onion
1tbspTandoori masala
2tbspOlive oil
3-4Medium-sized potatoes
4Medium-sized tomatoes
4-6Green and red chillies
500gMinced lamb

Instructions for Keema Aloo

To prepare the Keema Aloo recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the tomatoes, onion and chili and put them in a saucepan with a few drops of olive oil. Stir over medium heat for a few minutes.

Add the spices and a few tablespoons. olive oil and sauté about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef and a splash of olive oil and stir until meat looks the same boiled out.

In the meantime, peeled off and skives potatoes added to the meat along with finely chopped coriander. Put lid on and cook until the potatoes are tender.

Serve with yogurt or raita, chapatis or pitta bread and with a few drops of lemon juice squeezed on top.
