Instructions for Kikærtesalat

To prepare the Kikærtesalat recipe, please follow these instructions:

The chickpeas are soaked in cold water for approx. 8 hours. The water is poured and the peasants boil tenderly for approx. 1/2 hour added salt. The marinade is whipped together and poured over. Red onions are cut into thin slices, the red pepper in the tern and mix with the peas. The salad is decorated with eggs and tomatoes cut into both.
