1canPeeled tomatoes
1Green pepper

1dlWhite wine
1Bay leaf
1pinchCumin seeds
1Topped tablespoon sweet paprika
2-3cloveGarlic
3Carrots
3Potatoes
3Parsnips
3Small onions
600gBeef into cubes (preferably shoulder)

To prepare the Kikler's Gulyas (authentic) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Blend garlic with fried tomatoes

Cut the bacon into the tern.

Prepare the vegetables: chop them roughly except the peppers to be chopped well.

Brown the beef well. (It always starts to boil when the juice runs off, but finally fry when the liquid is boiled away)

Pour white wine on the beef and let the alcohol evaporate.

Add the tomato / rest mix and add the vegetables as well as the bacon.

Add the fund so the dish becomes as a snack between a soup and a pot of consistency.

Add the spices.

Let the simmer simmer - just bubble gently - for 1.5 - 2 hours or until the meat is so tender that it "melts on the tongue".

Season with salt and pepper and serve with crisp white bread and lots of cold pilsner beer.
