Ingredients for Kofta

1Large bdt. parsley
1.5lWater
1-2canConcentrated tomato puree
2tspGaram masala
2tspSalt
2Large onion
600gBeef

Instructions for Kofta

To prepare the Kofta recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the onion and parsley fine.
mix meat, parsley, onion and seasonings well.
Strain the mixture flat in a large greased baking pan, so that the bottom of this is completely covered.
