Instructions for Kokosguf

To prepare the Kokosguf recipe, please follow these instructions:

All ingredients are well mixed together for a uniform dough. The grease should not be softened, but its normal consistency, otherwise the dough will be too soft and not for fattening.

The dough is divided into 4 equal pieces, each rolled out to sausage form approximately 25 cm long. The sausages are pressed flat to approximately ½ cm thick.

Brush with oatmeal and sprinkle with coconut flour. Then refrigerate (preferably in the fridge) until the dough is firmly cut. Each piece of dough is cut into small pieces (about 2 cm) which are separated and placed on a plate at appropriate intervals.

Bake on the oven's middle groove at 220 degrees C for about 8 min preheated oven.
