200gCherry tomatoes
2-3Yellow and red peppers
300gSquash

Instructions for Kous kous pilaff

To prepare the Kous kous pilaff recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil water in a saucepan and stir in butter, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper in.

Stir in cous-cous inside and put the lid on. Take the Pan from the heat, and let the cous-cous 6-7 cool in minutes.

Take the seeds out of the peppers and cut them into pieces. Cut squash into pieces, and the tomatoes into half pieces.

Saute peppers and squash in butter in a saucepan. Put the tomatoes in at the end. Turn the vegetables in cous-cous'en and season with salt.
