Butter
1tspGroftkværnet black pepper
1Red bell pepper
1Crumbled bouillon cube
1kgPork Tenderloin
1tspDried thyme
125gThin, spicy finger sausage
200gPickles
3dlWhipped cream

Instructions for Kreolerpande

To prepare the Kreolerpande recipe, please follow these instructions:

Remove tendons and barriers from the tenderloin and cut the meat into thick slices. Turn them in flour, brown them on a pan in the butter a couple of times and transfer them into a saucepan.

Cut the sausage into slices and put it in the pan with shredded pepper, broth and pickles.

Sprinkle with whipped cream occasionally and let the sauce smack for approx. 15 min. Season with spices.
