Instructions for Kretensk Avocado Salad

To prepare the Kretensk Avocado Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peal is taken by avokadoerne, and cut into bite-sized cubes. Tomatoes and red onions cut into cubes. Carrot, peeled and cut into slices of about ½ centimeter oblique. Mix everything together in a bowl, add about 1 teaspoon of oregano, much parsley. Mix lemon juice and oil in (so much it seemed) and season well with salt and pepper.

Served as an appetizer, or used as an accessory for URf.eks. fish or a good steak.

Tips:
We got the avocado salad as an accompaniment to grilled swordfish, in a town named Kolimbari in Western Crete. The carrot can be replaced with URf.eks. cucumber.
