2 ½dlRaisins

Instructions for Kugelhupf

To prepare the Kugelhupf recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crumble the yeast in a bowl, add finger-warm water and stir until the yeast is dissolved. Leave it for about 5 minutes. Boil the milk, let it cool and mix it in the liquid. Stir sugar and fat airy. Sprinkle the egg yolks one by one and mix the yeast mixture. Mix 2½ dl of the flour with salt and mix it in. Stir the dough together and add the rest of the flour a little at a time. Work the dough blank and smooth. Stir raisins, lemon lemon peel and chopped almonds in the dough. Cover the bowl and allow it to rise for 45 minutes. Spread a mold and sprinkle it with chopped almonds. Pour the dough into the mold. Pull it with a towel and allow the dough to rise for 45 minutes. Bake the cake at 175 degrees on the bottom groove for about 1 hour. Serve it cooled.
