125gMushrooms
300gKyllingeinderfilet
4Shallots
6Puff pastry, plate

Instructions for Kyllingepie m bacon & broccoli

To prepare the Kyllingepie m bacon & broccoli recipe, please follow these instructions:

Samel 3 sheets puff pastry and roll them out so they fit in a pie dish approx. 26 cm. in diameter. Tærterformen butter with a little oil and serve with the rolled puff pastry.

Grate and drip, and apologise for them of bacon on a paper towel. Inserts kyllingeinderfilet into smaller pieces. Put them in the pie with roasted bacon cubes, minced parsley, finely chopped shallots, mushrooms, sliced and blanched the broccoli into small florets. Spice with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and samel the last sheet puff pastry and roll out to fit as a lid over the pie plate.

Brush the pie with the whipped eggs and cut a small hole in the center of the lid (as a femkrone)

Behind the tart at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for 30 minutes.

Pour piskefløden through the hole, and back for more 10-15 minutes.

The tart is served hot with salad.
