12dlChicken broth
2tbspFish sauce
300gChicken fillet
4Lemon grass
4Red thai chili
6Kaffir lime leaves

Instructions for Kyllingssuppe (Tom Yam Gai)

To prepare the Kyllingssuppe (Tom Yam Gai) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Hugs and cut in thin slices galangal. Lemongrass crushed and cut into approx. 5 cm pieces. Halve chili lengthwise in a diagonally cut. Chicken cut into small thin pieces. Mushroom is split into 4 pieces. Tomato and onion cut into ca. 2 x 2 cm pieces.
