Instructions for Løgflan

To prepare the Løgflan recipe, please follow these instructions:

The onions peeled and split into quarters. Put in a pan and cover with whipping cream and water. Boil until tender, 10-15 minutes. Blended and cool, like the next day.

It all blended with eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Place in greased refractory bowls which is put in the oven in a water bath at 140 degrees c. alm. oven in 45-60 minutes until set, they do not take color.
