Ingredients for L's fiskefad

Corn flour
0.333Lemon finely chopped to thereof
0.333Fresh chili pepper
0.5tspCayenne pepper
0.5tspSugar
150gShrimp-like peeled to shrimp
2dlCream-fine (madlavningsfløde)
250gGrated cheese
3Spring onions
3dlVegetable broth
3Large carrots
450gRødspættefiletter

Instructions for L's fiskefad

To prepare the L's fiskefad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the carrots and slice thin strips with kartoffelskrælleren
Cut the spring onion into thin slices
Finely chop the chili very fine

Saute the carrots, scallions and chili pepper in a little oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan – approx. 2 min.
