Ingredients for Lady and Vagabondens food (healthy)

Ketchup/tomato puree
2canChopped tomato
2Large carrots
500gGround pork (or pigs/calf)

Instructions for Lady and Vagabondens food (healthy)

To prepare the Lady and Vagabondens food (healthy) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle 2 carrots and 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic on a raw iron.
Oatmeal is ground in mortar (optional).
Vegetables and oatmeal mix with chopped meat, 2 eggs, a little pepper, a little chili, salt, basil and raspberries. (I use half pastry, half rye flour)
The father should rest in the fridge for approx. half an hour.
In this half hour the tomato sauce is made: 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic chopped well and put in a cold pan with 1 teaspoon. Oregano and a teaspoon. Basil and a sprig. oil. Turn on the heat under the pan and step until the onions become transparent.
Add 2 tablespoon to this. Sugar and a teaspoon. Salt, and a splash of ketchup or purée.
Add 2 cans of chopped tomato and 2 dl. Milk and let the sauce simmer in a block. (I blend the sauce for the sake of child friendliness)
The fries are rolled into very small bowls and lighted on the hot forehead with plenty of oil.
When the dumplings have a brown surface, they are placed in a dish and poured into tomato sauce.
If the dads are very small, do not use the dish for more than 15 minutes at 200 degrees in a hot air oven.

If you want to avoid the fat while frying the balls, you can put the dumplings on baking paper in a very hot oven (250 degrees) in one block. (If possible, sprinkle with a little sugar to get a nice roast) Serving with pasta of your choice, and if you really want to be spoiled with grated cheese on top.
