Instructions for Lahma-bi-age - Syrian meat pizzas

To prepare the Lahma-bi-age - Syrian meat pizzas recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast and sugar into 4-5 tablespoons of the water and allow it to stand warm until it sips. Soak flour and salt into a large bowl and add the yeast mixture, almonds and so much water that it becomes a soft dough. Spread the dough for 10 min on a floured table top until it drops the table and fingers. Roll the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl with a cloth over and let it rise to a slight place for double size (about 1 hour)

Meanwhile, all the ingredients are poured into a soft and even mixture.

When the dough is raised, the air is "thrown out" and it is rolled into balls of the size of golf balls. Let these balls rest for 10 minutes. Then roll them to flat circles (about 12-15 cm in diameter). Lubricate a nice layer of "fill" on each circle - all the way to the edge. Bake them for 10-15 min at 200 degrees - The dough must be light brown, but still soft enough to fold

They are eaten with a little lemon juice upstairs and rolled together as a pancake and eaten with salad.
