100gGrated cheese
12Lasangeplader
2tbspCorn starch
4Tomatoes
450gFrozen spinach
450gSalmon fillet
5dlMilk

Instructions for Lakselasange with spinach

To prepare the Lakselasange with spinach recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn the oven on 200 gr. Thaw the spinach up in a pan, add 4 dl. milk and boil up.
Stir in the rest of the milk with cornstarch to a jævning and got it in the sauce while stirring. Boil 2 minutes.
Add half of the cheese and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Cut the salmon into large cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Advantage layered in a small ovenproof dish lasangeplader, spinach bechamel, tomato and salmon. Repeat and end with a layer of spinach bechamel.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over.
Season with salt and pepper and bake lasangen in about 30 mins.

Serve, if desired. with bread and salad.
