Instructions for Lamb chops in foil

To prepare the Lamb chops in foil recipe, please follow these instructions:

Salad:
Soak and boil the white beans according to the instructions on the package and allow them to cool (soak the evening before use). Nip the green bean and boil them in leachate water until they are tender (6-8 minutes). Pour the water and rinse them with cold water. Mix the two kinds of beans with feta and tomatoes. Stir balsamic vinegar and oil together, taste the dressing with salt and pepper and pour it over the salad. Allow it to dry for one hour at room temperature.

Lamb chops:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees C. Dip the meat dry and brown it quickly on both sides of oil. Place each cutie on a piece of aluminum oil. Distribute red onions, crumbled laurel leaves and garlic over them. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Pour some wine over and close the foil to the chops. Step them in the hot oven for approx. 10 minutes.
