To prepare the Lamb chops with mango fruit and ginger sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lamb chops are exposed to excess fat and seasoned with salt and pepper. They quickly pour on a pan in butter / oil. They are screwed down and they finish finishing for 5-7 minutes if they are to be pink inside.

The chops are removed from the forehead and kept warm. The grease is poured off and the pan is boiled in red wine. Add the stock or broth to boil until it is reduced and taste well for sauce.

Meanwhile, mango fruit and tomatoes are sautéed for a few minutes in 25 grams of the butter in another pan. It is spiced with ginger, salt and pepper and added parsley.
