Heat olive oil on a pan and cook for 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the meat and keep it warm for 5 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into the tern and turn with the rucola salad, a little salt and olive oil. Put on top of the meat with fresh fried parmesan cheese.
