To prepare the Lamb schnitzel with root vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meat 2-3 minutes on each side. Take the meat from and keep it warm. Cut the vegetables and halve the garlic. Sauté it all in olive oil. When it is golden, add the cut cabbage, white wine and Rosemary. Simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
