150gBacon, diced
2.5dlApple juice. meat
3Red onion
500gRibbon pasta, fresh
800gLong fillet without skin

To prepare the Langefillet with bacon-and løgkompot recipe, please follow these instructions:

Roast bacon, and apologise for crisp by good heat for approx. 5 minutes.

Cut the rødløgene in both, add them along with the thyme and let Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the Apple juice (or Apple juice) and let kompotten Cook for about 8 minutes.

Fry the fish in butter and oil 3-4 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper during cooking.
