150gMealy potatoes
3tbspIcing sugar
30gYeast
4dlMilk
400gWheat flour

Instructions for Langosh (Hungarian flatbread)

To prepare the Langosh (Hungarian flatbread) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the potatoes with the Peel. Dissolve the yeast in 1 dl. lukewarm, sweetened milk and allow to stand 10 minutes in a warm place. Arrow the potatoes and mash them while they are still warm. Term the flour into a large bowl. Make a recess in the middle and pour milk and yeast. Add the potatoes and oil and processing them along with the rest of the lightly salted milk to a smooth dough. Sprinkle a thin flour over dough, cover it complain to and let the draw for dibbelt size (approx. 1 tiome in a warm place.) Pour plenty of oil in a deep pan to the go approx. 6 cm up on the sides of the pan. Tear off a piece of dough, shape it into an approx. 2 cm. thick, flat bread and put it down in the hot oil. Let it be browned in the Pan without lid, turn it fordigtigt and behind the brittle on the other side. Season with salt and eat it hot. If you want, you can pour sour cream or garlic juice on its flat bread.

Can also be seasoned with ham and grated cheese or dill, salt, sour cream, Rosemary or garlic and tomato or??

Tips:
Hungarian flatbread. Can be served with anything!
