1packageLasagne sheets
1canMussels (a) 265 g
100gWheat flour
100gButter
2tbspOlive oil
200gShrimp
50gParmesan cheese
7.5dlFish broth (1 ½ cube)
7.5dlMilk

Instructions for Lasagna with seafood

To prepare the Lasagna with seafood recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil and season the finely chopped onion. Add shrimps, mussels and crab meat. Taste with cognac, salt & amp; Pepper and warm it through.

Melt the butter to the sauce and stir the flour, spice up with milk and broth gradually.

Now put lasagne plates in the bottom of a greased oven dish, and alternately bring bechamel sauce and seafood sauce and lasagna plates. Finish with lasagne plates and sprinkle parmesan cheese over.

Behind the lasagne at 200 degrees for approx. 35 min.

Served with salad and flutes.
