Instructions for Latin-spit

To prepare the Latin-spit recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the lamb for approx. 3 cm. Big cubes. Stir the oil together with salt, pepper, fried nutmeg and sauce in a bowl. Put the meat pieces in it, turn them until they are completely covered with marinade and let them marinate covered for 2 hours.

Cut fried in small slices. Arrow the bulbs and halve them along. The zucchini is rinsed, dried and cut in just 1 cm. Thick slices.

All ingredients are alternately replaced with 4 griddles and cooked approx. 10 minutes on an oil-fired grill pan or under the electric grill element in the oven. Flip several times during frying.
