1nipSalt
1.5tbspBaking soda
1.5dlWhipped cream
1-2tbspCinnamon
2tbspSukrin
2/3dlFiber remember (yellow)
3Eggs
50gReduced-fat almond flour
60gSoft butter
60gSukrin gold

Instructions for LCHF cinnamon nail

To prepare the LCHF cinnamon nail recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the dry ingredients the same in a bowl.

Stir the egg and cream together with an electric pan in another bowl. Add the dry matter and whip the dough well through.

Let the dough rest approx. 10 minutes while the cinnamon cream is made.
Stir butter with sukrin gold and cinnamon. If the butter is not soft enough, just give it 10 seconds in the microwave.

The dough is poured into a syringe bag (or freezer bag with a hole) and sprayed onto a baking sheet like snails. The filling is spread over the snails (a small teaspoon on each).

Bake approx. 15 minutes at 200 degrees C hot air.
