100gSubcutaneous fat smoked
1000gPotatoes
2tbspWheat flour
2.5dlWhole milk
2.5dlWater
3tspRed currant jelly
800gBeef chunk

Instructions for Legless Birds

To prepare the Legless Birds recipe, please follow these instructions:

The meat is cut into thin slices approx. 2 to each. The thin meat slices are knocked out. Roll with a thin slice of smoked sprouts, a toothpick stuck through the meat roll all the way. Brush well in margarine and picked up.

Wild Sauce:
The flour is added to the margarine from the meat and baked with milk mixed with the water, gradually and boils before each addition of liquid. Add color, ribs, salt and pepper.

Put the meat rolls in the sauce and slices of wild sauce for about 1 hour.

Served with white potatoes and ribs.
