2Kiwi
dlRaw sugar
dlWater
3Egg whites, stiftpiskede

Instructions for Lemon and Kiwisorbet

To prepare the Lemon and Kiwisorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Water and sugar boil over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. When the liquid has cooled, mix it with lemon juice, kiwimos and fried lemon peel. It is then poured into a freezer and placed in the freezer for approx. 1 hour. The mixture is then removed from the freezer and thoroughly stirred. In the end turn the pinch egg whites in and the dessert is left in the freezer for 2 hours.
