70gParmesan cheese

800gSalmon fillet without skin

Instructions for Lemon baked salmon

To prepare the Lemon baked salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the salmon fillets in a baking dish greased with a little oil.

Stir oil with chopped parsley, pressed garlic, grated lemon zest, salt and pepper. Advantage of the mixture over the fillets and place the lemon slices on top.

Behind the salmon at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 20 minutes. Remove any skin before serving.

Pesto: all the ingredients for the pestoen blended together, season with salt.

Server with small boiled potatoes tossed in pesto or fresh pasta.
