1dlExtra virgin olive oil
10cloveGarlic finely chopped
2tspChili flakes (red hot chili peppers from santa maria)
2Lemons long thin strips lemon peel thereof
2Red Onion finely chopped

Instructions for Lemon - Chilimarinade

To prepare the Lemon - Chilimarinade recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat a pan and add extra virgin olive oil, garlic, red onion, chili pepper and lemon peel. Stir for a few minutes at high heat until the ingredients are slightly pale golden. Add lemon juice, salt, freshly ground black pepper and reduce to half.

Cool the marinade and store it in the refrigerator until it is used.
