| 130 | g | Butter |
| 150 | g | Icing sugar |
| 190 | g | Wheat flour |
| 190 | g | Sugar |
| 2 | Lemon, thereof | |

Instructions for Lemon Moon 03
To prepare the Lemon Moon 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt butter and cook well with lemon peel in a pan. Pour cream to foam (whipped cream).
Whip eggs and sugar together at the fastest speed. Turn egg mixture into the butter and lemon mixture. Add flour and whipped cream. Comes in a spring shape approx. 22 cm. In diameter.
Bake at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven approx. 35 min.
Boil lemon juice and sugar into a syrup. Peel the baked cake with a fork and pour the syrup over.
When the cake is cold come glaze on. Then divide the cake into 2
