Ingredients for Lentil soup 04

Wholemeal bread
Julienne of ginger
Picked coriander
Salt
0.5White cabbage or cabbage into thin strips
1lVegetable broth
1tspCoriander seeds
1Small chopped onion
1-2Small dried chilies
2stemsCelery in small cubes
2tbspMinced ginger
2cloveGarlic
2tspCumin seeds
250gRed lentils
3Carrots into small cubes
3-4tbspOlive oil

Instructions for Lentil soup 04

To prepare the Lentil soup 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Shake the cumin and coriander seeds on a dry, hot pan until they start to smell. Shake them in a mortar with garlic and chili. Shake the spices in olive oil in a large hot pot with ginger, carrots and onions. It should not take color, but the bulbs must be ready.

Bring lentils on and let them get the heat. Add broth and simmer under soup for approx. 20-25 minutes or until vegetables and lentils are tender and cooked.

Taste the soup with salt and battered cabbage in deep plates or bowls. Pour the smoking hot soup over and top with ginger and coriander and add rough bread.
