Instructions for Lentil soup with lamb

To prepare the Lentil soup with lamb recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring lentils, meat, onion and broth in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Boil for 40 minutes or until the meat is tender. Mix tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, parsley and coriander. Cook for another 5 minutes. Stir the flour with a little water for a smoothing. Pour it into the soup while stirring. Boiled yet quite short. Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander on the soup when served and add a lemon slice to each serving.
