A little chopped garlic
A little chopped parsley
A little oregano
Sweet paprika
Wild mushrooms cut in pieces
1smallBouillon cubes
1Green bell pepper chopped
1smallOnion, chopped
1Tomato chopped
2Carrots, sliced
200gBacon into strips

To prepare the Lentils with mushrooms and bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat a saucepan with a little olive oil and sweat all the vegetables in here: onion, garlic, pepper, tomato and carrots. Add the bacon and mushrooms and let them straighten for a moment as you touch. Bring the lentils, salt, pepper and water into it. Add parsley, peppers, oregano and bouillon. Let the pan stand and cook for approx. One hour until the lenses are tender.
