100gWheat flour
125gButter
2Eggs

250gFresh lard
5dlBoiling milk
500gCalf or pig liver

Instructions for Leverpostej

To prepare the Leverpostej recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop liver, teaspoon and onions through the meat machine a couple of times or mix it together in the food processor.

Melt butter in a pan and stirme flour. Beat the milk for a little while. Stir the bag in the liver. Stir eggs, all-night, cloves, salt and pepper in.

Distribute the liver mass into a large or several small lubricated molds.

The baking time will vary from 3/4 to 1.5 hours at 175 degrees in a water bath.

If the delivery item is desired frozen, do this before baking.
