Instructions for Light the camel-stew

To prepare the Light the camel-stew recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the camel meat into small tern of approx. 1 cm. And put them in a saucepan. Peel and cut onions and carrots and put it into the pan. Let it sweat until the meat is browned.

Add the spices and coconut milk and allow the dish to simmer in min. 2 hours.

Then the rice is poured over and when finished, the casserole is also removed. Server optionally with flutes and a sweet salad.

It will not be easier. :)

tips:
I had bought camel meat in the local supermarket, but when I googled for recipes, it was almost impossible to find recipes on camel :) So I chose to try it out and the result just got amazing! I'm writing the recipe here so others hopefully do not run the same problem ... :)
