10Medium-sized tomatoes

6Medium-sized potatoes

Instructions for Light vegetable soup

To prepare the Light vegetable soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the potatoes into slices and pour the water into a saucepan. Boil the potatoes in the water until cooked.

Chop the onions in the tern,
Cut the pores into slices,
Cut the tomatoes into slices and remove the kernels.

Mix it all together and put the lemon juice and spices in the end. Finally taste with salt and pepper.

tips:
The potatoes must not be too soft when boiling them in the water! If you do not take the kernels out of the tomatoes, you may well get a little splashed!
