Instructions for Lime-marinated salmon with tomas as they do in Hawaii

To prepare the Lime-marinated salmon with tomas as they do in Hawaii recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse the tomatoes, flake them free the kernels and cut them into small cubes.

Cut the salmon in very thin slices on the slope - best if it has been frozen and is cleaning up - cut these slices into smaller pieces (strips).

Mix the chopped tomatoes with lime juice, onions in thin slices, tabascosauce, salt, sugar and white pepper. Gently turn the salmon into this salad and place it in a bowl, cover it with foil and place it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

Turned around in the salad once in a while. If excessive moisture accumulates in the bottom, pour it off.

Served on a flat dish, decorated with finely chopped spring onions and both of lime.
