To prepare the Lime parfait with Compote of sensommerbær recipe, please follow these instructions:

Compote: Boil sugar and water with the grains from the broken and scraped vanilla pod. Add the fruit and warm it all up for a brief moment, so few of the berries will skip their film. Kompotten cool.
