(a) 3 lime juice
pinchSalt
0.5dlIcing sugar
0.5dlSugar
1tbspLime juice
100gPistacemarzipan (available for purchase at the supermarket)
125gButter
2Egg yolks
2tbspWheat flour
2tbspCold water
4Eggs

Instructions for Lime tart

To prepare the Lime tart recipe, please follow these instructions:

Tærtedej: 1: melen in nen Bowl, crumble the butter in.
2: Add sugar, æggeblimmer, salt, water, mix it all into a soft dough.
3: put the dough in a greased round springform, prick the bottom with a fork.
4: pre-baked in ca. 15 min. 225 degrees, allow to cool then.
5: blend all the fullness.
6: pour over bottom and bake for about 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
Glaze: powdered sugar, lime juice, lime to garnish on top of the cake.

Tips:
Nice if it is served on a cake plate with high foot. EVS. Garnish with rose petals or other flowers.
