To prepare the Linsedejs-apple pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

All ingredients thoroughly kneaded together into a uniform dough. Fat should not be softened, but its normal consistency.

The dough is divided into 2/3 to the bottom and 1/3 to the lid. The largest piece of dough is circularly rounded to a size with which sides and bottom of a regular lacquer form can be fed.

The filling is spread evenly over the bottom, and the finely chopped apples are laid on it. The rest of the dough is rolled out to the lid that is laid over the filling and pressed together along the edge of the mold, so low and bottom form a whole around the filling.

Brush with egg and sprinkle with the chopped almonds. Bake in preheated oven at the bottom groove at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Do not take out the mold before the cake has cooled.
