Ingredients for Liver skewers with squash salad

Freshly ground pepper
Wholemeal bread
1tbspCoarse salt
125gGreen pepper, cut into 8 pieces
150gChalotteløg
2tbspWhite wine vinegar
2tbspOlive oil
2.5dlPlain yogurt
225gCherry tomatoes
3tbspFresh chopped chives
3tbspFresh cut Cress
300gCalf's liver
500gZucchini into matchstick thin strips

Instructions for Liver skewers with squash salad

To prepare the Liver skewers with squash salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Remove membranes from liver. Rinse and dry it well. Cut it into 16 pieces. Put liver and chalotteløg in a bowl.

Marinade: whisk white wine vinegar with salt and pepper. Whisk the oil in little by little. Add the parsley and chives. Pour the marinade over the liver and onions. Style the Bowl covered in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Turn the liver after about 1/2 hour.
