Instructions for Long-term pizza dough

To prepare the Long-term pizza dough recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast into 1 dl. lukewarm water.

Sift the flour into a stirrup and make a hole in the middle to salt, sugar, olive oil and the dissolved yeast

Beat the dough well with your hands and gradually add the rest of the water until a firm and lightly sticky dough is obtained. Take it up and knead it on a spun table and add the rest of the flour. Spread a little flour to sprinkle the table and dough with. Fold the dough double and work from the center toward the sides. After a couple of minutes, the dough does not absorb flour anymore. Continue kneading for about 20 minutes. Then let the dough raise a warm place for 2 hours. Cover the dish with a damp cloth. After 2 hours the dough is raised to double size.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Divide the dough into two and roll it out with a cake roll on a spelled table. Turn occasionally to the dough. The rolled dough should be about 5 mm. thick. Cover the mold and cut the excess dough off.

Distribute the filling to the pizza base. Bake for approx. 12 minutes till the dough is crisp and golden.
