To prepare the Low fat chocolate ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the mashed potatoes, milk and 80 grams of chocolate into a pan and heat it over medium heat to the foams and the chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool off with frequent stirring. Whip egg whites until they are stiff and airy. When the chocolate / foam foam mass has cooled, egg whites are turned into the pulp. Then the mixture comes in an ice machine that starts.
Chop the remaining 20 grams of chocolate into small pieces. When the ice has been running for about 10 minutes, the chocolate pieces come down in the ice and drive along. After approx. 30-40 min in the ice machine is the ice like a thick softice. It can either be eaten or placed in the freezer until it is completely frozen.

!!! ATTENTION !!! The foaming sauce must not be the white foaming sauce intended for grilling. If used, the ice is grit and it does not dare.
