5dlWhipped cream

Instructions for Mørbradbøf in dish

To prepare the Mørbradbøf in dish recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the pork tenderloin into small steaks approx. 12 pcs. Brush them in fat and season them. Put them in an ovenproof dish with raw onion slices between them. Then put the cocktail sausages in the dish.

Clean the mushrooms and halve them.
Step them in fat. Pour the cream, tomato sauce and water over and smooth the sauce with the flour.
Pour the sauce over the meat and cover with lid.

Put the dish in the oven approx. 45 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.

Served with loose rice and flutes.
