275gLeaf celery into small pieces
320gParboiled rice, a mix of loose and wild rice
350gBroccoli into small florets
400gHam beef chunk
50gCashew nuts

Instructions for Mørkhøj Kettle

To prepare the Mørkhøj Kettle recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the oil in a large pot or wok. Step the nuts until they have taken color. Take the nuts up and save them for later.
