2dlWhipped cream
200gFiddled travel
5dlChicken broth
A little lime or lemon juice
Pepper
Salt
1Small clove pressed garlic
1Little finely chopped onion

To prepare the M. shrimp curry soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the butter in a thick-bottomed pan and sauté curry paste, onion and crushed garlic in 3-4 min. stirring continuously.

Pour the broth and let the soup boil 5-10 min. Pour in the cream, boil up, season to taste, if desired. with more curry paste, salt, pepper and lime juice.

Shrimp and Leek strips sprinkled in just before serving as an ornament
