To prepare the Macaroni and cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook macaronien, drain it, pour it back into the Pan and set it aside.

In another large Pan fry it very finely chopped onion in the butter until the onion is soft. Now add flour and pepper stir it quickly together and add the milk quickly, so it is not when to Humpty!
