Instructions for Madpakkemuffins

To prepare the Madpakkemuffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix all the dry together in a bowl. Whisk eggs, milk and butter together in another bowl. Tubes so slowly the wet into the dry, so it doesn't lump and turn eventually filling in the dough. The filling is dry, can adjust the consistency with a little more milk. Divide the batter in small paper molds or smeared lens molds and bake them immediately in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The baked muffins can be frozen.
