Creole seasoning to taste
1tspHickory liquid smoke (or 150 g bacon FAT)

1 1/2lFix corn
1/2Green pepper, finely chopped
150gButter/margarine
2stemsPale celery, finely chopped
2dlChicken broth
2Medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2dlWhipped cream
3cloveGarlic

Instructions for Maquechoux (Indian Majesty)

To prepare the Maquechoux (Indian Majesty) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add Hickory Liquid Smoke. Sauter onion, green pepper, celery and garlic. Broth add, then corn, tomatoes and Creole Seasoning and let it boil at medium heat for 1 hour. Stir regularly. Finally, blend the corn with a spelled blender into the pan and add the cream. Cooked with Creole Seasoning.

The dish can be made in larger portions and frozen, but do not cook with cream in the portion to be frozen.
